PlayStation Network Cards Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The PSN Card is issued and redeemed by PlayStation Network Europe Limited of 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP, United Kingdom (Company Reg. no 6020283) (“we”, “us”, “our”).  When we refer to “you” or “your” we mean the purchaser of the PSN Card.


2. PSN Cards can only be used to place funds on a PlayStation®Network (“PSN”) wallet to purchase items in PlayStation®Store. Funds can only be added to a PSN master account registered in the country of purchase of the PSN Card. To open a PSN master account, the user must be 18 years or older and accept the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement, available at eu.playstation.com/terms. Master account holders can set up sub accounts with access to the master account funds for their children aged 7 years or older. In some countries, purchase of PSN Cards may be restricted by age.


3. PSN Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, resold or returned for a cash refund (except as required by law). PSN Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise used without your permission. 4. Purchase and use of products from PlayStation®Store is subject to the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement. You are responsible for your Internet Service Provider fees and any other fees related to your use of PSN, including any increase in such fees resulting from your use of PSN.  Except as stated otherwise, collection and use of consumer data are subject to the PSN Privacy Policy, which can be found at eu.playstation.com/terms.


5. We reserve the right to close user accounts and request alternative forms of payment as well as take all actions necessary to protect our interests if a PSN Card is fraudulently obtained and used on PSN.  We will not refund the cost of any purchased PSN Card, or redeem any unused PSN wallet funds, on termination or suspension of your account for these reasons.


6. In the event a PSN Card is defective, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such PSN Card. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we and our licensees, affiliates and licensors make no other warranties, express or implied, with respect to PSN Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and exclude all other liability to you arising from your purchase and use of the PSN Card. You may have other legal rights as a consumer which are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.


7. We may assign this Agreement to any member of the Sony group of companies without your consent provided that such assignment does not adversely affect your rights under these Terms and Conditions.


8. PSN may not be available, or may not be supported, in some countries and some languages. eu.playstation.com/terms


9. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the contract between you and us shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in England.
