Specific Rules for the Paint Park Competition

Entry Rules

1. The Paint Park competition ("Competition") is open to persons aged 16 years or over who are residents of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom ("Entrant Countries") except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition ("Entrants").
2. The Competition is open for entries on 16th July 2012 at 12.00 (GMT) and closes for entries on 14th August 2012 at 23.59 (GMT) (the "Competition Period").
3. To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
   
   a. Before you get started, make sure you have downloaded and installed Content Manager Assistant for PlayStation on a PC. Visit cma.dl.playstation.net/cma/ on your PC to get your free download of Content Manager Assistant for PlayStation® now.
   b. Sign in to your Sony Entertainment Network (previously known as PlayStation®Network) account (SEN account) on your PlayStation® Vita. If you do not already have an SEN account, use your PlayStation® 3 or PlayStation®  Vita system to create one. Find out more by visiting eu.playstation.com/create-account on your PC.
   c. Download the Paint Park app for free from PlayStation® Store and create your drawing. Visit eu.playstation.com/paint-park-tips for some handy hints on how to get started.
   d. Once you've saved the picture within Paint Park, select it from within the gallery and take a screenshot by pressing the PS button and the START button at the same time.
   e. Connect your PlayStation® Vita to a PC using a USB cable and open Content Manager on your PlayStation®  Vita.
   f. From within Content Manager, tap [PlayStation®  Vita System > PC], select [Photo] then choose the images you want to transfer by ticking in the checkbox and tapping Copy.
   g. For instructions on how to use Content Manager Assistant for PlayStation®, visit http://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/psvita/cm/index.html.
   h. Once you have transferred the image to your PC, email it to: "paintparkcompetition@scee.net" before 15th August 2012 at 23.59 (GMT). Make sure to include "Paint Park competition" in the subject line of the email.
4. Registration for Sony Entertainment Network is subject to acceptance of the SEN Terms of Service and User Agreement and SEN Privacy Policy.
5. Entrants may submit unlimited entries during the Competition Period but will only be eligible to win one prize.
6. Entrants must adhere to the General Rules and in particular, to sections 7 and 8. In addition, entries must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery, (ii) abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language, (iii) harassing or defamatory content, (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others, (v) content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or nationality, (vi) violent or dangerous behaviour, and/or (vii) spam, advertising or other commercial activities.
7. There will be one (1) winner and three (3) runners up who will be selected after the Competition closing date by an independent judge(s) based on the best technique of drawing. The decision of the judge(s) is final.
8. The winners shall be notified of their selection by email within 3 weeks of the Competition closing date. In order to claim their prize, the winners will have to reply to the email sent to them providing all the information requested within 30 days.
9. The one winner will win five (5) x PlayStation® Vita games: Uncharted: Golden AbyssTM, WipEout® 2048, Little DeviantsTM, Gravity RushTM and Resistance: Burning SkiesTM with a total value of £151.95/ €174.95/ 233.25 AUD/ 4,829.55 CZK/ 1,402.1 DKK/ 297.11 NZD/ 1,421.36 NOK/ 803.72 PLN/ 7,808.28 RUB/ 889.76 SAR/ 1,958.86 ZAR/ 1,655.17 SEK/ 226.59 CHF/ 871.43 AED. 10. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to send the prize to each winner within 30 days of receiving a winner's details by email but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are sent later than this. Instructions on how to redeem the SEN voucher code and the code's expiry date will be included in the email.
11. SEN voucher codes are subject to terms and conditions of use. Please click here for details. SEN voucher codes are not transferable and may not be re-sold. No cash alternatives will be offered. SEN voucher codes have an expiry date which will be communicated with the code.
12. If the prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged upon receipt, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven days of receipt, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as received. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
13. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish each winner's name on the Promoter's website(s). Each winner's name will be made available on request to those enclosing a SAE marked 'Paint Park Competition' to the following address: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP United Kingdom within 6 weeks of the closing date specified above.
14. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at their sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any prize awarded.
