Make sure our emails get to you

Find out how to adjust your email settings to ensure you receive emails from PlayStation.

Our IP address is a unique number that identifies all emails sent by PlayStation and which your email program uses to identify emails from PlayStation as safe.

Our emails can contain important service notifications, special offers, product updates and general PlayStation news.

In December 2012, we added a new IP address for emails from PlayStation: eu.playstationmail.net.

To ensure you receive our latest updates, make sure your email preferences have been set to allow images from this IP address - this will mean that any important messages we send you via email do not end up in your Spam folder.

Previously, you may have received emails from PlayStation from the following IP addresses:

• emails.eu.playstation.com
• eu.playstationmail.com

To continue receiving emails from PlayStation, you should ensure that all of the above IP addresses are added to your email preferences.
