To compile the perfect exercise plan, use the Move Fitness: Workout Planner on Facebook. Take a short quiz to determine your goals, answer some questions about your daily routine and the Workout Planner will deliver your ideal fitness programme. You can then watch your suggested exercises in a video to spur you on for when you start playing Move Fitness on PS3.
